Toronto to the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, or Thailand - $560 to $580 CAD roundtrip including taxes

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

China Southern has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand down to between $560 and $580 roundtrip including taxes.

The flights have 1 stop each way, in Guangzhou, China.

However, this price is only available on one set of dates: Feb 26 to Mar 8

China Southern is actually a pretty good airline (4 star Skytrax rating). I often see people confuse China Southern with China Eastern, a lower quality airline.

You can also fly into one country, and then home from a different country, and keep the price the about the same (see instructions below).

Availability for travel

late February, first week of March 2019

You can also fly into one city in SE Asia, and then home from a different city in SE Asia, and keep the price about the same.

For example, you could fly from Toronto to Manila, Philippines - and then home from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for $595 CAD roundtrip.

The flight between the two cities in SE Asia is not included.

example:

1. Go to Skyscanner or Kayak or Flighthub

2. Change the search type from 'Roundtrip' to 'Multi City'

3. Search for a flight like this one:

Toronto (YTO) to Manila, Philippines (MNL)
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (KUL) to Toronto (YTO)

4. Use start and end dates from the list of regular roundtrip dates in the section above, such as Feb 25 to Mar 8.
