Air Canada has dropped the price of a few April flights from Toronto to Athens, Greece down to $672 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. KLM also has a few flights from Toronto to Heraklion (Crete) or Thessaloniki, Greece for $701 to $772 roundtrip. These flights have 1-2 stops each way.

Update: There are not currently any dates in the $600s, but late May and June dates are available for $701 to $756 roundtrip. Air Transat also has nonstop flights to Athens for $747 roundtrip.

Porter Airlines has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $319 and $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. The base fare is $319 to $391 roundtrip and includes only a personal item. Add $60 roundtrip for a checked bag.

UPDATE: Porter has base fares of $323 roundtrip in June. The realistic price is $383 roundtrip. San Jose is no longer cheap.

WestJet has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Samana, Dominican Republic down to between $358 and $470 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. I consider $358 roundtrip to be WestJet's clickbait (CB) price because it doesn't include checked luggage or carry-on. Not exactly a realistic way to travel. It's a price offered primarily to appear to be the cheapest in search engines and then upsell you. $470 roundtrip is the more realistic price because at least it includes checked luggage. But those with the WestJet World Elite credit card can take advantage of the clickbait price as it includes free checked luggage.
