Air Canada has dropped the price of a few April flights from Toronto to Athens, Greece down to $672 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. KLM also has a few flights from Toronto to Heraklion (Crete) or Thessaloniki, Greece for $701 to $772 roundtrip. These flights have 1-2 stops each way.

Update: There are not currently any dates in the $600s, but late May and June dates are available for $701 to $756 roundtrip.

Porter Airlines has dropped the price of a few flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $319 and $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. The base fare is $319 to $391 roundtrip and includes only a personal item. Add $60 roundtrip for a checked bag.

UPDATE: Porter has base fares of $283 roundtrip in May and June. The realistic price is $343 roundtrip. San Jose is no longer cheap.
