Delta just dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Honolulu, Hawaii down to $451 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop each way.
There are some dates where the flights are actually operated by WestJet, and connect in Vancouver.

How to find and book these flights
1. Try this Google Flights search:

To confirm that the flights are actually operated by WestJet, you can click on the 'Details' link in the search results on the Delta website.

2. Search for a flight from Toronto to Honolulu, Hawaii (HNL)
Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.

Update 1/5 - There are still dates in late May and June for $452 CAD roundtrip including taxes (Toronto to Honolulu, Hawaii - 1 stop in Vancouver each way with WestJet)
