Delta has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Auckland, New Zealand down to between $1008 and $1059 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 2 stops each way, in Minneapolis and Los Angeles .
I'm not liking the 2 stops, but there's no denying that these flights are priced significantly lower than the typical best price of around $1700 roundtrip.
And prime New Zealand travel dates are available (January through March).
Carry-on and a checked bag are included.
UPDATE - A few dates have become available again. Jan 8, 9, 13 to Jan 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30. And Feb 18, 19, 20 to March 4, 5, 6, 10, 12.
You can also find flights from Toronto to Brisbane, Australia for $1252 CAD roundtrip, which is also a lot less than usual.
