There's some more Toronto to Europe madnesss on Sunwing - try June 17 to 22 from Toronto to London Gatwick on Sunwing.ca
It works out to just $298 roundtrip after taxes.

June 19-22 is even cheaper at $248, but I think a 2 day trip to Europe is really pushing it.
