Saudi Airlines is currently showing fares from Toronto to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (JED) that are at least 25% cheaper than their typical bottom price.
The fares appear to be available on a large number of date combinations between November 2013 and March 2014.
The easiest way to start exploring them is with Google Flights Explorer, on a search like this...

Once you've found a date combination you like, you might want to take those dates and enter them into Kayak.
From Kayak you can click through to a variety of sites where the fare can be booked, including the Saudi Airlines website, Expedia, or Orbitz.

Sandwiched between Egypt, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, Saudi Arabia is not exactly a place the average tourist is looking to spend their next vacation. But if you're into exotic travel or have a reason to visit the region, this is definitely a great price.
