Saudia Airlines has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Egypt down to between $796 and $933 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia each way.
And in addition to carry-on, two checked bags are included.
Note: Saudia is a dry airline (no alcohol). Deal breaker for some, Dry January for others.
You can receive a free 96 hour transit/stopover visa when you book with Saudia.

Thx for another budget vacation trip Chris.
Last year, we got Thailand.. now Indonesia.
Just a heads up that Indonesia has also some dates in July and August 2025. (Schools vacation).
The Saudia website though was quite something.... Clicked on the 17 of July, it selected 16... Then allowed to proceed to the page that we pay, without informing the passengers (and throws an error)... Then, my credit card didnt work.
Did manage finally to buy through Expedia today.

Thanks for the report Gilk ! I will add the July and August info to the blog post. I couldn't replicate the date issue, but I believe it. I've seen a few other airline websites where sometimes clicking on Date X in the calendar results in selecting Date X-1.
