WestJet and Air Canada have dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to between $341 and $441 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
UPDATE - April dates are currently available for $346 CAD roundtrip.
