Toronto to Helsinki, Finland | $677 roundtrip after taxes

Airline Finnair is showing some pretty crazy prices to Helsinki, Finland from Toronto at the moment.
Go to Finnair.com and try searching for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Helsinki (HEL).
Use departure and return dates in June, up to June 19th. June 2nd to June 14th for example.
Here's a screenshot of the prices after taxes & fees
For comparison, the cheapest flights to Helsinki just a week after June 19th, are around $1100.
Copenhagen, Denmark has also dropped, around the same dates, to $719 roundtrip after taxes.
Deals to Nordic countries and Scandinavia are fairly rare.

UPDATE: Looks like Finnair actually has a bunch of different destinations on sale. You can find them listed at https://www.finnair.com/CA/GB/special-offers.

There are many destinations involved in this sale that are rare to see at this price, including Baltic states and Russia! Looks like the sale ends on February 26.

As part of their 25th Anniversary celebrations, Air Transat has some very cheap fares to Europe at the moment. They are listed as $25.00 + taxes, and work out to $398 roundtrip after taxes, which is about as cheap as I've ever seen, except for those highly unusual Sunwing fares this summer.
