The flights have 1 stop in Vancouver each way.
You can find dates in January, February, and March for about $40 more.

You can also find similar prices from Hamilton (YHM) and London (YXU).
Update 1/7 - Air Canada has now dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Hawaii into a similar price range. See update below.

^^ look for the $401 roundtrip dates
Google Flights: Toronto to Kona (KOA)
^^ look for the $401 roundtrip dates
Google Flights: Toronto to Kauai (LIH)
^^ look for the $405 roundtrip dates
2. On Google Flights, click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
Select your flights and click through to the Westjet website.

1. Go to the WestJet website
2. In the 'Book A Flight' box, put a checkmark beside 'Coupon code'
Enter the coupon code from the e-mail WestJet sent you.
If you don't have a code, you can try using this one: U55VB12
3. Search for a flight from Toronto to your destination in Hawaii. Use the same dates you found on Google Flights with the links above.
