There is a 4 night minimum stay in London so you do need to consider London to be part of your trip for this to be a good deal.
If you only care about Portugal you are better off just buying a nonstop flight in the mid $700s roundtrip, or waiting for a price drop to LIS which do happen from time to time.

I've found that there does need to be a minimum number of 4 nights between the first two flights, which means a minimum of 4 nights in London.
You may want to try playing around with the third flight to shorten or lengthen your stay in Lisbon.
