Icelandair has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Barcelona, Brussels, Paris, and Amsterdam down into the low to mid $500s roundtrip including taxes.
There is 1 stop in Reykjavik, Iceland each way.
You can also find nonstop flights from Toronto to Reykjavik, Iceland for $461 to $498 roundtrip.
Barcelona, Spain is the strongest deal, and there are relatively few dates available. You can find them listed under Step 3 below.
Icelandair has also dropped the price of their Saga Premium Class flights to Reykjavik, London, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, Oslo, and Zurich by around 50%.
UPDATE - Toronto to Iceland flights are available in late March, April, and May for $461 to $479 roundtrip. Other destinations are not currently cheap.
