Toronto to Thailand - $993 roundtrip after tax

Flights to Bangkok, Thailand have gone sub-$1000 for the first time in a long time.
They are in April and May, on Air Canada, and available from Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal (Montreal seems to about $20 more)
Here's May 12 to 20 for example, from https://www.AirCanada.com
Singapore is another city that seems to have dropped significantly at the same time.
