Air Canada is just awful. They must find their customer service representatives from people whose personalities weren't advanced enough to cleaning toilettes at their buildings. They probably learned their business practices from The Bernie Madoff School of Business. But, as Madoff found out, Karma will catch them ... and I will truly enjoy that day
