Interjet has dropped the price of their last minute flights from Toronto to Cancun, Mexico down to $165 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop both ways.
This price includes carry-on luggage only (2 pieces, up to a maximum combined weight of 22 pounds)
You can also find Interjet flights from Toronto to a few other places, including some cities in South America for an extremely low price, but sometimes with terrible layovers in Cancun. Although I am starting to see some dates with good layovers.
Havana, Cuba (HAV) -- $170 to $238 roundtrip (eg: Apr 14 to Apr 28)
Lima, Peru (LIM) -- $203 roundtrip (eg: Apr 15 to 29)
Medellin, Colombia (MDE) -- $217 roundtrip (eg: Apr 15 to 29)
Guayaquil, Ecuador (GYE) -- $227 roundtrip (eg: Apr 15 to 29)
Mexico City (MEX) -- $243 roundtrip
