WestJet has dropped the price of some of their December flights from Toronto to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico down to beween $338 and $395 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
Air Transat has also dropped the price of some of their January, February, and March flights down to a similar price level.
Update - December 2023 and April 2024 dates are available. Most 2024 dates are no longer cheap.
