Update 7/20 - Flighthub is showing non-stop flights from Toronto to Palm Springs in January 2018 for $348 CAD roundtrip including taxes
I do wonder if these January 2018 dates are a mistake. Nobody else is showing them for anywhere close to this price. They're over $600 roundtrip on the WestJet website. But there have been a lot of price drops lately on WestJet's flights to Palm Springs.
(Skyscanner is also showing them, and the price is verifying on the BudgetAir booking site)

You can also try clicking on 'Flexible Dates'. There are a lot of other dates showing for a similar price, but the dates below might be the only ones that are non-stop both ways.
