Toronto to Vancouver is pretty much the only long-distance Canadian city to Canadian city flight that can be done on an airline not named Westjet or Air Canada.
Sunwing offers seasonal flights, and they seem to be over 30% cheaper than the cheapest flights from the Westjet/Air Canada duopoly.
Try June 14-21 on Sunwing.ca for example.
