It is not an all inclusive package with meals and drinks included. Just the flight, hotel, and transfers to/from the airport.
The hotel involved generally goes for around $1162 CAD per week. So you're basically getting the flights for $119/person.
The Air Canada Rouge flights from Toronto to Curacao included with the packages are non-stop both ways.
