Air Canada Vacations has dropped the price of a 1 week flight and hotel package from Toronto to the Wyndham Tamarindo in Liberia, Costa Rica down to $419 CAD (per person) including taxes.
It's not an all inclusive package with meals and drinks included (although, breakfast is included). It's just the flight, hotel, and transfers to/from the airport.
The package price is about as cheap as a non-stop flight from Toronto to Costa Rica usually gets on it's own. You're essentially getting the hotel thrown in for free.
The Wyndham Tamarindo has 4 circles on Tripadvisor with 43% of reviews rating it as Excellent.
The Air Canada Rouge flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica are non-stop both ways.
NOTE: June is considered the rainy season in Costa Rica. The days often start sunny, with rain falling in the afternoon and evening.
