Toronto to Osaka, Japan - $786 roundtrip including taxes | 26 minute, $8 train ride to Kyoto

Air Canada is having an unadvertised sale on some flights from Toronto to Osaka, Japan (KIX) for $786 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It looks to be sporadic dates in June, August, and September 2015 that they've dropped.
From Osaka, it's a 26 minute train ride ($8) to the beautiful city of Kyoto if you use the special high speed trains on the JR Kyoto Line.
How to find and book these flights
1. Here are some example searches from Kayak (US Version). They will come up with a price of $649 USD, which will work out to $786 CAD when you click through from the Kayak searches to Airfare.com
Airfare.com is the only third party booking site showing these prices at the moment. They are not showing up on Kayak Canada, only the U.S. version of Kayak.
This blog post will be updated if any more cheap date combinations are discovered.
2. Click through from Kayak to 'Kayak' to complete the booking (which will really be booked through Airfare.com - confusing enough?)

NOTE: The Vancouver - Osaka portion is operated by Air Canada Rouge. The typical warning about Rouge applies as always (no seat back entertainment, smaller seats) but the Rouge flights from Vancouver to Japan are apparently better than they are to other Rouge destinations.
Here's what someone who has flown Rouge on this route has to say:
"Just a note flying Rouge isn't so bad if flying in the 767. It's very comparable and the seats are a slightly wider than that of the new Air Canada 787s that fly to Tokyo.
767 - 30 pitch / 17.5 width.
787 - 31 pitch / 17.3 width."
