WestJet has dropped the price of their non-stop flights from Toronto to Phoenix, Arizona down to $285 CAD roundtrip including taxes for travel in January and late February 2019.
There are also some in November 2018.

Google Flights: Toronto to Phoenix, Arizona
Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations.
Look for the dates that are $308 roundtrip.
2. Go to Priceline
- Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Phoenix (PHX)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights.
On Priceline, the price will show up as $226 USD roundtrip including taxes. Priceline is *always* in $USD.
This will work out to $285 CAD roundtrip when booked using a Canadian credit card, and including the typical 2.5% credit card foreign exchange fee.
