Air Canada has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Halifax down to $257 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
They are non-stop flights, both ways.
Vice versa flights (Halifax to Toronto) are also available for a similar roundtrip price.
Update 7/3 - Flights from Toronto to Halifax are available in September for $238 CAD roundtrip, when using an Air Canada promo code (see update below).

- Look for the dates that are $258 roundtrip.
