Similar to a few weeks ago, there's another really cheap flight on Thomas Cook to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR). It just dropped to $341 roundtrip after taxes.
Here's how to find the cheap ones on Thomas Cook...
1. Go to http://www.flightnetwork.com/flights/
2. Search for a flight from YYZ to LIR - departing on December 5, and returning on December 12.

Update @ 5:23 PM : Delta seems to have caught on and the price is now back up unfortunately. There were reports that the reverse was working for a while as well (out of a Canadian city, back into a U.S. city). Could still be worth trying.
