After yesterday's Delta/WestJet price drop, Air Canada Rouge is now offering even cheaper flights from Toronto to Hawaii, for $404 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It's even possible to find non-stop flights from Toronto to Honolulu for this price.

How to find and book these flights
1. Try one of these Google Flights searches:
Google Flights: Toronto to Honolulu, Hawaii
^^ Departures on Sundays in second half of January, and first week of February. Return flights are on Mondays.
Mid-January to early February only.
Google Flights: Toronto to Honolulu, Hawaii
^^ Will offer more flexibility with dates if you're willing to accept 1 stop in Vancouver. You can still choose the non-stop flight on the way there (Sunday departures). There are also some in late November / first half of December.
December 11-26 is available for $480 if you're willing to accept 2 stops on the way there, non-stop on the way home.

2. Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for other dates
3. Go to the Air Canada website
- Search for a flight from Toronto to Honolulu (HNL) or Maui (OGG)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights
