WestJet has dropped the price of their November and December 2016 flights from Toronto to Cancun, Mexico down to between $353 and $393 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
Meanwhile, Air Canada Rouge has dropped the price of their January and February 2017 flights from Toronto to Cancun down to $377 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are non-stop.

The flights are also non-stop.
1. Go to Expedia and search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Cancun, Mexico
2. Try Tuesday/Wednesday to Tuesday/Wednesday dates in January or February 2017.

Update 10/17 - Air Canada Rouge has dropped a few of their December 2016 non-stop flights from Toronto to Cancun down to $349 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
1. Go to Expedia and search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Cancun, Mexico
2. Try one of the following date combinations:
Dec 4 to Dec 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25
(returning on Dec 27 or 28 is about $20 more)

1. Go to Momondo.ca and search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Cancun, Mexico
2. Try one of the following date combinations:
Dec 11 to Dec 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, or 25
(returning on Dec 28 is $14 more)
